£500 per month

A regular sounding board for owners who want experienced challenge, a clear monthly focus and accountability.

Review of your available management information before we meet.
A monthly 90-minute meeting to discuss performance and decisions.
Constructive challenge on ideas, priorities and assumptions.
Agreed actions for the next 30 days.
Follow-up on progress and the obstacles slowing you down.

This is a focused owner review and accountability service. More extensive implementation, management-team support or finance leadership is provided through Fractional FD support.

Fractional FD engagements are typically based on a £1,200 senior advisory day rate, with ongoing retainers starting from two days per month. Fees exclude VAT where applicable.

Financial information and forecasts within this offering support internal management decisions. Statutory accounts, tax, audit and third-party reporting are handled by appropriately appointed professional advisers.
